I was given my first shot at photo styling during an internship at Lark Books, a now defunct publishing house here in Asheville that created art and craft books. Many days, I was responsible for organizing the prop room or creating initial layouts for art directors or touching up photos. The best days, I got to be on set.

Since then, I’ve taken part in hundreds of photoshoots. Styling and art directing photoshoots has become the place I feel most connected to my creativity.
